| Terms and Conditions of Rooms Reservations:

Check in time is 14:00 hours. Early morning arrivals prior to 12:00 hours will be booked and charged from previous night

Check-out time is 12:00 hours and 50% of room rent will be charged in the event of late check-out from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours subject to availability and prior arrangement with Front Desk

|
Check-out after 18:00 hours will be subject to 100% room rent charges
|
|
Early departure rooms will be charged for the entire duration of stay
|
|
Room preferences and special requests is subject to availability upon arrival
|
|
Above mentioned room rates are subject to applicable government taxes and fee.

The USD rates shall be charged in Pakistani Rupee. The exchange rate shall be the State Bank of Pakistan Interbank Exchange Rate as published on
sbp.org.pk, as per hotel’s policy.

|
100% payment for entire stay will be collected at the time of check in
|
|
Valid National ID card or Passport is a mandatory requirement for check-in
|
|
Third party credit card payment is not acceptable as per the regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan.
|
|
Physical credit card is required while making payment at the hotel
|
|
Refunds for bookings cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, will take 15 to 45 days.

|
USD conversion will be charged as per stay date exchange rate and advance deducted for the 1st night will be adjusted accordingly.

Note: Following the government’s directive, it is mandatory to present a COVID-19 vaccination certificate for check-in, indoor dining restaurants and gym facilities. The hotel will not entertain any request without a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate. Furthermore, for your safety and the safety of others during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is mandatory to wear a face mask in the public areas of the hotel.
